• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope of work
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and electronic payments

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
• We will provide reasonable notice if rescheduling is necessary
• Customers may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice without penalty
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
• Regular maintenance schedules can be paused or cancelled with one week's notice

• End of lease cleaning services come with a bond-back guarantee
